If you are looking for a real estate agent or broker to sell your precious home with a zeal and commitment that goes above and beyond the call of duty, then we unhesitatingly recommend Steven Major. From our first serendipitous meeting until close of escrow, he was unfailing (and untiring) in his dedication to doing his very best on our behalf. His positive attitude and optimism laced with realism did not waver. His strategies and advice were solid.

The energy that Steven and his delightful wife Fay put into making sure that our home was presented in the best light possible to prospective buyers proved an unexpected bonus. When we all agreed that a little deck furniture and some fresh dining chairs would enhance the picture, Steven merely rolled up with a U-Haul. It was tempting to pull down the ‘For Sale’ sign and stay put, the house looked so good.

I doubt that Steven was delighted when we chose to reject the first decent offer that came in on our home. What agent would be? However, we weren’t comfortable with the would-be purchasers. It was a gut feeling on my part in particular. I didn’t think that the would-be buyers had the appreciation for a home and garden into which so much hard work and TLC had been poured and feared it would be torn down for an investor. It could happen one day, but we all want to think that homes we’ve loved and been happy in will end up in good hands. Steven instinctively understood this and to his credit, did not try to dissuade me from following my heart.

Ultimately, he found us delightful buyers in a difficult market in less than six weeks at a price that made us smile. My husband and I highly recommend Steven and his services.
